LSU has the edge on offense?

Huh

thread (started by an LSU fan no less) showing UA being ahead in rushing and passing yards per game

You can go deep any time? Mmk. I respect Jarret Lee, but don't think he scares people. Yes, LSU had a good game throwing the ball against UA last year, but so did Stephen Garcia. This is a different defense.

LSU can win Nov. 5 but that is hardly a given, jeeeez. Can't wait to see how it unfolds.

With a quarterback to a wide receiver

Kidding aside, marquis maze can be a deep threat and DeAndrew White has shown promise. AJ is playing his first season as a starter; the homeruns will happen.

Doubt if you want, but the truth is neither one of us can have any way of knowing for sure what will happen. AJ has made cringeworthy plays in some moments and shown promise in others. In other words...he's played like a young inexperienced qb. Yet, he has managed to do this while going over 120 pass attempts without throwing a pick. I guess the biggest question now is how he responds when he inevitably does throw one in a big situation. A lot hinges on the answer to that question

I'm confident that you're really trying to convince yourself LSU has a chance to beat Bama.

ah chance?

... have you seen LSU play football and the number of players they play? They are averaging 39 Pts point per game while putting it on cruise control midway in the 3rd QTR in most of thier games. Miles tries to end the games and go home

LSU has been pretty dominate and is deserving of their #1 ranking IMHO...

If LSU plays intense, turn over free football or wins the turnover battle against the tide, they should win...

Alabama has a great D , great OL and great RB....However, LSU matches up very well against the strengths of Alabama..

Frankly, this game being played in T-Town is irrelevant to the outcome of this game...This will be like the ultimate playoff game.. The best team will win.

If nothing else, it will help LSU be more focused on the task
