It was 1997 that LSU upset a heavily favored UF team.
Just as big (or maybe bigger) would be AU vs UF in 2001. UF was a 21 point favorite and had won 7 in a row against AU.

Another fun fact, AU went from 1935 until 1973 not losing to FL in AU's home game (some of the AU home games were played outside of AU).
That would be almost 40 years, playing every single year, AU did not lose to UF at home.
