I understand where you are coming from, completely. But I feel like its too early to tell, judging from competition of secondarys he has faced.
Sober Wilson still threw 2 important interceptions vs a weak AU secondary in his "wow" game last year.
Yeah, Wilson had a turrible pick against Troy that went for 6 and he's been forcing a lot of passes in the redzone.
Turnovers will decide this game, good or bad

I've tried to completely get that game out of my head. But it's not like those were all coverage pics. Weren't 2 of them just horrible passes by mallett when he was trying to throw the ball away and just got lazy? Honestly don't remember, exactly.

The last one was over the middle and forced. The one prior was trying to throw out of bounds and just short armed it.

I know one in the end zone was shite-tastic. Pretty damn horrible. Then there was one he was trying to throw out of bounds on the east side of the field that was pretty shite-tastic as well.

No, but you're a candidate for sure. Keeping my eye on you in case I need to intervene

Those "terrible picks" are caused by the Upshaw and Hightower blitzes.

I'm sure it'll be a good game, but here's how I see it.
Arkansas -
Offense - Pretty much same offense as the past two years, minus a strong backup RB (since wingo is now the starter), and a younger line. Wilson and Mallett are fairly even at this point IMO. And it's the same wide receivers.
Defense - possibly slightly improved, but I'm saying bout the same as last year.
Bama -
Offense - About the same as last year at this point. Could be better if the Oline gels.
Defense - As good as it was in 2009. Vastly improved over last year.
We are playing in T-Town.
I say the game falls somewhere between the '09 (35-7) and '10 (24-20) outcome.
Something like 27 - 14.
Think I figured out how Vegas got their line.

I just see stupid decisions
2:58 mark
9:58 mark, another stupid decision with no blitz
11:22 mark, some pressure here but still bone headed

Nice.
They have to put the line there b/c we've lost 4 straight and lost as a home dog last year. It's higher than I expected, but we don't deserve to have a closer line at this point than maybe around 9-10 which is where it will probably settle.

Our wr's are way better than they were last year.
Just so you know.

Just wondering how you figure this. Its the exact same people with Childs not performing to his usual standards.
While I would say they are worse they haven't appeared to have been yet so I'll say they are around the same.
ETA: Also we loss Williams

hence the reason a highlight loop of them has been playing all week in the Bama weight room

"We are playing in T-Town."
In knew there HAD to be a reason that Richardson, McCarron, Ingram and all the others went in that store. There's a football field in there!!

The one in the endzone is even worse whe you look at the okay real close.
Mallett was going for j wright but he had Hamilton WIDE ope coming across the other side of the endzone.
I mean WWIIIDDDEEE open
