I served with them for 7 years.
The quality of the officer has nothing to do with the school/academy where he earned his degree.

That is honestly why I have a problem with a lot of kids that end up at the academies.. I worked at a prep school, and the preparatory students acted like they ran the whole place, and refused to ever listen to the students that were heading to an ROTC school.. Yet I constantly hear about how going to a service academy =/= a better officer, but if you had listened to all of them, they would have told you it made them gods.
