You think Bama is the only team to gain experience from last season? We return most of our defense too, so it should be improved from last season. We've upgraded the talent also by adding Robert Thomas at DT, and Alonzo Highsmith at LB.

All of our WR's have an extra year of experience, our offensive line isn't as weak/inexperienced as people like to make it out to be, Wilson will be as effective as Mallett, and this year we will have Dennis Johnson (he was out for last year's Bama game). Dennis Johnson was thought to be our best running back before getting injured last season.

Arkansas undoubtedly has better special teams than Bama in all phases. Wilson is a redshirt Jr. and has played in each of the past 3 seasons under Petrino. Petrino has been preparing for Bama since the middle of last January.

Funny, I could do that to just about every Bama post in these threads.

This is true. We definitely upgraded with Highsmith, he has been great. Robert Thomas is that elite run stopper we've been looking for. Byran Jones is also been a beast after his very good Freshman season.

Nope, watching some tape from the 1st game to the 2nd game. They improved tremendously, which is what you like to see. All-American's Travis Swanson and Alvin Bailey(This weeks O-Lineman of the week) are leading the way though.

Well, in some ways yes, in some ways no. The big play will not be as frequent as it was with Mallett. We'll have more methodical drives, controlling the time of possession. Wilson will also be able to avoid the rush, and throw on the run unlike Mallett. We also could see Brandon Mitchell in certain packages to change the pace.

Yes, we'll have a full backfield for the game. Alabama will also be tested with Joe Adams being the backfield this year. They will be tested in open field tackling. Then we'll bring in Kody Walker to punish the Alabama D.

No question, we have one of the best Special Teams units in the nation.
