Got This from another Board. I haven't tried it personally. If it works, Be sure to thank me :)
1) Go to att.net
2) Make sure you are logged out of any Yahoo! accounts you have
3) Click on the "mail" icon
4) Sign up for a free att.net e-mail account
5) At the espn3.com page, select AT&T as your Internet Service Provider and sign in on the att.net page with your new att.net e-mail account
6) ESPN3 should now allow you stream events
If that doesn't work try this( it was from a poster earlier this week)The program is called Hotsport Shield. Download and install. Before opening espn3.com, use the program and connect and it will appear as a different IP address. Then open espn3.com and select the game and you should be able to watch the game

For Those That are overseas.

if you are overseas the best that i have found is this website LINK it isn't free $5 bucks per month (there is a free 7 day trial you can try without having to enter any information so you can test it). Basically it uses a DNS change to tell websites your location. It works great with ESPN3 but also Hulu, Pandora, Abc.com, netflix and most other US sites that are US only.

The way I did it when I lived out of country was get a hold of a proxy. A private one is best.
for firefox , go to tools > options > Advanced > network tab >settings > click the manual proxy button, enter your private proxy... click ok. Bam.
No downloads, no paying money.... just easy proxy viewing on any internet game carrier.
You can google for lists of proxies...

For sporting events 720 is better than 1080 because 720 has a higher refresh rate and thusly you get a faster, fresher picture.
