2005 Texas beat 2005 USC and crushed nearly every opponent they played. Only three teams came within 18 points of them during the season. '05 Texas was more dominant and a far more talented team. The game wouldn't even be that close. Now, '05 Texas vs. '08 Florida OTOH would be a great game.

Idk what the game of the century would be but last 20 years would be 95 Nebraska vs 01 Miami
