That is ignorant. A&M is represented all over the state, especially in Houston and DFW. Those are huge markets.

The dominat player in State of Texas media is UT, not A&M. The cache of A&M in the SEC would carry some weight in Houston and DFW, no arguement. But that would be the SEC as the increased draw, not A&M. I don't think I said that really well and I do agree the College Station comment was a bit of a cheap shot at A&M, but they aren't bringing media markets. You could probably put the SEC on TV in Houston and DFW without A&M and do just about as well.
