Pank , refresh my memory. Didn't Winston commit to Nutt, decommitt from Petrino, and finally reverbal and sign with Petrino? Sounds like Petrino nearly lost what Nutt had had worked hard to get.

And coach them down, that is if they are still on campus two years into their career. All those 5-Stars recruits worked well for the Rebs last year didn't they? If Nutt really coaches them up the Rebs might, if they get any breaks at all, rocket to a 5th place finish in the SEC West this year. However, that’s very unlikely.

Is Nutt really on the verge of completing a 50 year double-double? It was 50 years since the Rebs had gone to back-to-back New Year’s Day bowls and Nutt accomplish that in his 1st two years at Ole Miss with Coach O’s recruits. Now Nutt has the Rebels poised to finish last place again (back-to-back) and he is doing it with his own recruits (5-star recruits and all).

Has Ole Miss ever finished last in consecutive seasons in the SEC? If not then Nutt will be able to lay claim to an unprecedented 50 year double-double.
