I agree. He was a bystander at 13, he was puinished, he felt remorse, and he's taken full advantage of his second chance.
That said. I fully expect the SEC faithful to rip him and the Vols for taking him a new one.
I'd rather people rip the Vols for keeping Janzen on the team. Talk about chances.

He will always be known by most opposing fans as the plunger rapist and TN will be guilty by association for giving him a chance. That is just the way t works. However, unless and until he screws up his second chance, I won't jump on the hate bandwagon.

oh we'll be taking a LOT of flack for years. 
but I still wish him good luck.
when you're like 12 or 13, you tend follow your older 16 year old friend(the guy who initiated the rape) like a god. it sucks that he was caught in a horrible situation.
