no one really knows how far along the case is. There hasn't been any movement on anything, which is what leads everyone to believe it won't be cleared up any time soon.

Unresolved, and until it's resolved he won't report anywhere per our sites.
As of 3 weeks ago when this rumor was going around, Ponamsky got an interview with a family member. He has no plans to be at college anywhere in the fall and will be in court rooms most of the winter.
