My apologies...he didn't admit to it on camera. He spoke off camera. Mark Winne, a Auburn grad that reports for channel 2 in Atlanta broke the admission late last year.

To be accurate, IIRC, Mark Winne cited a source close to the Newton's that said Cecil had admitted the solicitation of money from MSU to him. Of course, he also denied soliciting or receiving money from AU.

People that think that Cam going to AU after his dad unsuccessfully solicited MSU is some kind of indisputable proof that AU paid are ridiculous. Sure, it is logical to be suspicious and to even have an opinion, but to pretend there is no other reasonable alternative is ignorant and intellectually dishonest.
