I do know Byrne has a philosophy that he got from his dad. He told one of my friends that you should only stay AD at a school between 6-10 years. He talked about how ideas have to stay fresh or something. So I see him moving around 3 or 4 more times before he retires.

Dude would return an email in a millisecond, and not some pregenerated one either, it always spoke directly to what you sent him
