I think it's a beautiful campus, and as a kid I would visit there a lot because I lived nearby.
But as far as gamedays I've just personally had meh experiences, but I've only been several times on gamedays. And it seems that the bars that aren't at capacity can get pretty dumpy.
There's good stuff there, just on the whole don't enjoy my visits there like I used to.

How am i taking it personal? Seems like you're the one taking it personal.
When the Rant is asked what is the greatest SEC town to visit the answer is Athens. So you saying "never been a big fan of athens" is an exception. It's nothing personal, just stating what has already been concluded by most of the posters here.
