Yeah, I didnt think about him having the 35's. Brainfart on my part there. Yeah, I would definitely regear for that. And I totally agree that the Diablo's are the way to go with programmer's.
There should be a gearing guide on the internet somwhere that will tell you what gears you need to run on certain vehicles for certain tire sizes.
I know on Jeeps, 35's call for 4.55 gears to correct for the tire size difference.
My jeep with the 40's had 5.38's, but thats cause I wanted to CRAAAAAAAWL.

It all depends. My jeep 1000-1400 depending on the shop. Your truck could be cheaper. Depends on a couple of things but would say anywhere from 700-1400

Ring gear and pinion sets are around $2-400 a set depending, you need 2 of course, front and back. Master bearing kits are around $1-150, 2 of those as well. Then you have labor.
I used to sell gears and lockers here at my shop on the side back when I did a lot of offroading, been a while though.
