I'll wait and see what it is they're demanding before I pass judgement on them.
Like I said....If they're just trying to make changes protocol across America to prevent more deaths by the SCT, then I'm actually ok with this suit. I hate that my school is involved....but I'm ok with the suit overall.

I see your point, although the same could be accomplished via public speakings at schools, meeting with local press, etc...
I am a huge supporter of individuals and their own personal liability, though.
