Clemson question

I'm aware that this is the SEC Rant, but this is SEC related. After meeting a married Clemson-grad couple tonight (vacationing in Oregon), I was wondering about how much the SEC hates Clemson (really just Georgia and Auburn). I'm fully aware of the South Carolina-Clemson hatred, but the two Clemson alums acted like they had a deep rivalry and hatred with UGA and Auburn? Bulldog and Tiger fans, do you share this same hatred for Clemson? I had no clue about this...

UGA and Clemson have an old rivalry. Auburn is just butthurt.

ETA: Upon further research, Auburn has kicked their arse a good bit of those 46 times too.

Ive never heard of any Auburn fans hating clemson. Im good with them as long as we continue to beat them

We've beaten Clemson like 15 straight times. Clemson is the wanna-be AU. And they are a bunch of sore anti-SEC butthurts.

Ehh...not really that recently aside from (2010, 2007, 1998). Weird...

There has been a rivalry with Clemson in the past, it seems to have waned some since we havent played them often here lately. I think we have a home and home coming up in the near future.

It seems like AU and Clemson are trying to start something though considering we'll play them 3 years in a row through 2012.

I worded that incorrectly. CLEMSON is butthurt of Auburn. You guys won recently. And, they stole all of their traditions from you and added a lake.
