Making A-day free is a great idea b/c most of the money they dont make in ticket sales, they'll make in t-shirt/ merchandise sales. Not many people show up to a stadium not wearing some type of team gear. (not in the south anyway) Plus the extra exposure is priceless. Anytime you can get an average person into a stadium for a "game experience" that person is very likely to come away an even bigger fan. Its like a free sample at the grocery store.

Considering the points raised in favor of free A-day, I cant understand why any team would charge money.
