Yea, but it's still hearsay, and I don't think a judge wrote the article.
Can you imagine someone actually "running their mouth" about seeing what someone else is doing. It means THEY were there too. That's like stating, "well, of course I'm a little jealous, tattling, piece of worthless shite that was doing the same thing as Ryan, but please don't mention my sorry arse name in the article."
