I figured out I'd go with the most famous, which is probably Haise and Sherrill, then a couple of more recent ones. Fletcher had four consecutive 1000 yard rushing seasons at USM and Dupree should be well known to our LSU hosts. Patterson would certainly be next on a longer list, I think, unless I forgot someone else.
