How funny would it be, if everything was cleared, but it was found that Cam got his dad the ticket and because of the agreement, the only punishment Au received was a vacate of the NC.

Did you actually think this through before posting?
Is it now a NCAA violation that Cam's dad was one of the 72,000 people in the stadium that would cause the game to be forfeited?
