It's too bad. I actually like Dooley quite a bit but he's just way too inexperienced for the job at the moment. If he had spent a few more years as a coordinator and HC, he would be much better equipped to handle the Tennessee job.

I feel like, after all is said and done, people will say the same thing about Dooley that they do about Shula...
even though its not really warranted...perceptions will be enough to color the commentary that way.
