Dooley has been on the opposite sidelines of the two worst clock management meltdowns of the season, and both of them were bailed out by referees (of course one was too many UT players). No way UNC should be allowed another play after that crap. I don't care when the ball hit the turf. You should not be allowed to spike the ball with 14 men on the field, and only 6 of them set.

If the same scenario happened with 10 minutes left in the game, the result would be the same. UNC was properly penalized; had the ball not been spiked with 1 second left, game over.
