I think it will take more than 2 years personally, he's still a Wing T QB trying to play pro style. He has the ability to make the transition to pro style, but it will take a good coach to pull it out of him. He shows flashes of being a good QB, but inconsistently. Sark did what he could, but it's still not enough.

If he ended up at Seattle somehow, it would probably be his best destination. It's allows Locker to stay in a similar offense to continue his growth as a QB. It will be up to Locker to in the work for the rest...

it's a shame Sark wasn't there his 2 1st years.
