Locker can't pass effectively on the college level, he will be a career backup in the NFL. Scouts and personnel managers are more intelligent than McShea and Kiper.

Shouldn't locker make his team better, i mean my god they just seem uninspired up there in washington. They aren't even winning the give me games.

If you remember, the so called EXPERTS said the same thing about TOM BRADY...
6th rd (199th overall).. of the 12 QBs drafted in 2000, only 4 remain in the NFL. Of the four,only one is headed to the HOF..the little skinny kid drafted out of michigan..TOM BRADY...
