To those of you who have been to the Sugar Bowl and know the answer to any of these Q's, help me out please:

1. Where in the Superdome are the student sections?

2. Is the student section general seating or do you have an assigned seat?

3. If there is general seating in the student section, how early should I get there to make sure I can get in the first few rows?

4. Is there beer sold inside the stadium and student section?

5. Any general advice on how to make the most of the experience at the game and before/after the game?

Thanks in advance for any help.

I can only help with two question - beer is sold throughout the Dome. Mixed drinks available too. Bring your Id.

Its NOLA, finding the way back to your hotel room will be a much bigger problem than finding alcohol.

Student or not, I'd think that you got to have a ticket with a seat #.

1. Do you have a ticket?
2. Is there a seat number on it?
3. See #1
4. Bring your own. It's cheaper.
5. If you are so hopelessly socially inept that you can't have fun in New Orleans, stay home with your goats.

When on Bourbon street stay with the crowd. Don't go down dark side streets. Go to Pat O'Brien's, go to the piano bar and ask for the Arkansas fight song.

I bought a student ticket, but won't get it until I bring my student ID and confirmation e-mail to the dome on gameday, so I don't have a ticket right now (they do that to prevent students from buying tickets just to sell them).

I should bring my own beer in the stadium? How?

Would my goats be welcome on Bourbon St?

I feel like you're setting a trap, but if I get drunk enough I will try it!

1. Selling tickets at a profit is somehow wrong?
2. The same way you sneak it in to your home games.
3. How much money do your goats have?

i think what they mean is bring in a flask or two of your own hooch.

Stop and get you one of these if you have no flask. 17 oz of plastic hooch hider that works great.

That's what I usually do, but usually beer isn't an option at college games so I'm really looking forward to drinking a beer and watching a live college game. $8/beer is frikin ridiculous though.

no trap, its one of the cleaner places to go, its nice. but all of the places are fun and different. also, i dont know how much you drink, but sneaking in beer isnt really the way to go

If you got tits, then show em. If you got a dick, then don't piss in public.

NOLA cops will allow a lot, except fighting and pissing in public.

Keep your wallet in your front pocket on Bourbon St.

Well there are a very limited # of tickets for students, so it would be shitty for one student to deny another student the opportunity to go just b/c they wanted to make an easy buck.

Free market capitalism isn't taught at Arkansas? Pity.

Hardly what he said, was it? Keep selling your tickets to Aggy though... your kids probably need the extra hundred more than our kids do.

One other point, if you are packing - make sure it is an auto and have at least two extra clips besides the one in the handle.

To answer your ticket question, you will have an assigned seat. LSU did the same thing in 2007. Be in line early, the good seats go first.

Lol, they're called "magazines". Do you shoot with your gun cocked sideways?
