To the OP it doesn't matter if money changed hands (which it did) AU can not claim innocence because AU and the NCAA have both already acknowledged that AU broke rules worth of serious reprocussions. But the NCAA decided to piss of USC by not metering out ANY penalty.

NCAA hates all west coast teams! haha

Mind blowing how the NCAA didn't meter any penalty for violations that are already known an confessed.
