True. I'm going to call OM next week and ask them why they have such high requirements for these waivers compared to State. This is a big difference.

There was something in the MS senate about either lowering OOS waiver standards or eliminating OOS tuition. it was in the Memphis Commercial appeal. I'll find you the article.
