Traditionally a ton of kids there go to OM as it's closer to home and easier to get into than UT. With OM making full OOS waivers harder to aquire MSU is picking up some of those kids.



I would like to see some definite proof of this. I'm not saying it's not true, but I don't understand how State can give an OOS waiver with an ACT 24 and Ole Miss can't. Doesn't make any sense, especially considering OM's endowment is much larger than States. Something's not right here.

• Scholarship is 100 percent of out-of-state tuition and continues at the 100 percent level if the student maintains full time enrollment and maintains a 3.00 GPA.

• Grades are monitored at the end of each fall semester.
