I figured Petrino wants Auburn to win so he'd be willing to share some gameplan info on the Cocks, he obviously had a solid one. Do coaches still do this?

we could lend them knile and cobi while he's at it.

About as much as Spurrier contacting Saban for UA's first half gameplan.

It physically pains me, but yes, I am

Seriously, I doubt they talk. Any coach can watch the Arky-USCe game on film and figure out what Arkansas did to beat USCe. It's being able to duplicate and execute Arkansas' game plan that will be the challenge.

the notion of coaches calling each other up buddy buddy and asking what to do is grossly exaggerated IMO;
especially from the same conference.

You routinely hear of coaches going to other schools practices during the offseason to learn tips and such. Chris Ault has said that coaches have flocked to Reno to learn about the Pistol. Why would this be any different?

I'll be listening to the game on satelite radio while pheasant hunting. At least as we drive from one spot to the next. I hate that I'm missing it on tv...

Nevada isnt in the SEC, learning the pistol is not gameplanning for another team
You think Petrino would let Les come hang out during Arkys offseason workouts?
Saban invites Bobby over to hang out in TTown for a nice little Saturday, please

I would say after Petrino's hilarious response to a reporter's question about cheering for Auburn, that would be a big NO WAY IN HELL does he talk to Chizik or anyone else from Auburn.
