Rank the SEC basketball teams

If anyone cares to dwelve into basketball a little bit---what would be the best ranking of SEC teams?
I don't know much about most of the teams---but would assume that Kentucky is #1.

Tennessee-Great defense, but has an offense that can't dribble pass, catch, or shoot well.

is there some conference NIT for teams that aren't good enough to make it to the SEC tourney? We might have a shot at that.
