In all fairness, Mallet was a fluke get by Petrino. He was a Michigan Wolverine, but RR's arrival forced him to take his second choice.......I know, I know, it was only because of Nutt he went to UM .

Arky does seem to have LSU's number, but has also been very fortunate to have had DMac, Mallet, and MJones. It is freaky how they always seem to have a ringer leading the offense......

Arky frustrates me b/c they play up to LSU but tank the other important games throughout the year (i.e. Bama, UF, etc.)

Nice try, but one of those games was with Casey Dick.

Really?
You do know why Mallett left Michigan? No, not because Nutt LEFT, a part of it had to do with Rich Rod, but he came to Arkansas to run a pro-style offense.

I'd agree

I know the feeling.

We may have fallen in to Mallett after Nutt fricked that one up originally but in all fairness to Petrino he also went out and got Rivals #9 QB Tyler Wilson and Rivals #5 QB in Brandon Allen so he been stocking some talent as well. Neither of them has the cannon arm of Mallett but I am confident he can mold them in to legit QB's. We already got a small sampling of Wilson this year and he looks to be pretty lefit.
