The answer to your question is no. I have several examples, and could explain how this is a microscope case and it must be addressed, but I'm not even going to waste any more time with you. But hey, here, stop pestering me, let me give you a name of someone you can call for insight, a man I used to work with closely on NCAA violations: Rick Evrard, he worked as a member of the NCAA on violations for 7 years, he now is a consultant for schools, I'm sure he can enlighten you (for a fee) because I'm through with your BS. And, by the way, using an alter is a major tigerdroppings violation, so enjoy your limited time going to every thread and asking this question over and over again. They don't put rules in the NCAA manual and just ignore them, nor do spokespeople just make things up and not adhere to them, that's pretty funny in and of itself.
