Auburn's guilt in five easy steps:
- OBVIOUSLY, the NCAA can't allow people to shop around their sons for hundreds of thousands of dollars with the defense that the players didn't know about it or everybody would be doing it. Therefore, there's an existing rule against it.
- Because of number 1, Cam Newton was OBVIOUSLY ineligible for the Georgia game and every game before that.
- Number 2 doesn't require a rocket scientist. Auburn University officials therefore DELIBERATELY played an ineligible player.
- An innocent program, faced with severe long term consequences, would not have given a big frick you to the NCAA and the college football world.
- Auburn was already guilty, AT LEAST, of knowing that Cam was ineligible. In all probability, they were already guilty of much worse. Playing him against Georgia was a tacit admission of guilt.
