to take over as DC?
As far as what he can do up front, there is no one better but I wonder if this is the time in his career to take that next step.

Promote Rocker to DC/DL coach, keep Lolley as CB coach, and promote Travis Williams to LB coach.

What about T-Rob? I think he could be a good secondary coach one day.

Is Travarious Robinson a GA? I didnt know he was on the staff.
Coach Thigpen is too valuable as a recruiter to move him from CB coach.

are you kidding me? i hate auburn fans who keep complaining about Roof....you do realize Chizik has just as much say as Roof does with the defense? God help us if we have to resort to our DL coach to coach up our DBs.......

He was a couple of years ago and left for an assistant job at a smaller school (can't remember where off the top of my head).
ETA: He left for Western Kentucky and must be doing well he's since been at Southern Miss and is actually back with Tuberville at Texas Tech. Unfortunately he is now working under James Willis so that sucks.

I would not sink Roof. He does not have anything to work with right now. Our corners and safeties are very bad. Very very bad.

dear god people are nuts. rocker has never worked at that level we are undefeated it would be suicide to make changes now end of the season if we do at all.
roof is an excellent dc the problem is mostly personnel.
