The problem is getting people to visit Alabama and come away thinking they've accomplished something.
One Bible Belt state is pretty much like another. North Louisiana is like that. If I could gerrymander state lines, I'd have a state that hugged the Gulf Coast...now that'd be a state!
You can do anything in Louisiana you can do in Alabama. The reverse is not true.

I get your point though.
Like I said earlier....I love Louisiana on a once a year trip. But it would be too overwhelming to have a permanent life there.
