I haven't been to either stadium, but I've generally heard that Tiger Stadium is louder, but that Jordan-Hare is also very loud. The crowd seemed incredibly loud after the last catch in the 2007 game.

jhs has lovely techno music pumping in it. it gives you a nice jersey shore feel on the plains.
