I think the word you were looking for is "interpretation"
and only that can be given by NCAA officials....we can only hope to understand what it is they mean....and in your case it's a stretch

How about you just face the facts about Urban as a coach. He is a below average SEC coach without Tebow. You can look at his time before he had Tebow to now. His little gimmick offense does not work against teams in the SEC without Tebow. Yall have way too much talent from recruiting every year to look this bad. Debose should be targeted more. Adazzio is the worst OC on the planet.
