LSU has yet to stop him. 128 yards as a freshman, 102 yards and a TD as a sophmore.

Putting that quote in context it's not all that cocky. He tells his team's first team DB's that to keep them encouraged after he blows by them. I'll say this, if JJ can blow past your #1 DB's, 100 other guys can too. Fact.
