Gentry Estes says that's the word. Bad idea if so, imo

Why give Bama any extra ammunition or motivation? It'd be like Bama forcing us to wear purple or something..

you can't post this and post on the rant that you own State and AU so you'll surely win. gotta pick now.

they don't need it. they're the No. 1 team in the country and Nick Saban's teams rarely come out flat.

In my opinion Saban gets these guys going regardless of Jersey color, scheduling issue, etc.

It's been very motivational for us in the past.

you're posting that the past is irrelevant to what will happen saturday. it's the same fricking thing.

He'll probably mention that Bama whupping of UGA in Athens, or possibly special-uni W-L stats vs Tenn or Fla too?
I think Bama has won their last two games vs a team to do something like this?
I say do it. The techno-dancing Cockfans will geek even harder. They've got a dangerous team this year.
It looks great visually on tv..like PSU's white-outs.

wrong. my post on the rant has to do with coaching ability and talent on the field. this has to do with jersey colors. clothing doesn't affect football games.

Your program is in trouble if this is what's motivating your players (I don't believe it is what's motivating them though FWIW)

Wore black last year in our trashing of USCjr. I guess by this school of thinking, we would be undefeated if we wore them every game.

Sadly, there is alot of rumors around here of people saying we will be wearing black next week against Bama.

I'm not saying it's what's motivating them, but it has been used to help motivate them in the past. Why do it?
