One of the most recognizeable and reliable programs in the country. Sure there may be a drop off at times, (McRib), but you always come back stronger (new coffee program).
You are loved by your fans (diners) and hated by your enemies (Wendy's). And when your fans see the arches they feel a sense of warmth and comfort, while your enemies feel nothing but the pit in their stomach which is fear creeping in...
