LSU recent history, holding penalties called on opponents' offense, SEC games:
2009
Arkansas: 2
Ole Miss: 0
Alabama: 0
Auburn: 0
Florida: 0
Georgia: 1
Mississippi State: 1 (declined)
Vanderbilt: 0
2009 season total, in 8 SEC games: 4 (1 declined)
2008
Arkansas: 1
Ole Miss: 0
Alabama: 1
Georgia: 0
South Carolina: 1
Florida: 0
Mississippi State: 1
Auburn: 0
2008 season total, in 8 SEC games: 4
2007
Tennessee: 0
Arkansas: 2
Ole Miss: 0
Alabama: 1
Auburn: 1
Kentucky: 1 (offset by defensive penalty on LSU)
Florida: 0
South Carolina: 0
Mississippi State: 1
2007 season total, in 9 SEC games: 6 (1 offset by defensive penalty on LSU)
So, that's it. 14 holding penalties called on opposing SEC offenses in three years covering 25 games, 2 of which were not enforced due to being declined or offset by penalties against LSU.
Breakdown by teams:
In 3 games
Arkansas: 5
Mississippi State: 3 (1 declined)

Auburn: 1
Florida: 0
Ole Miss: 0
In 2 games
Georgia: 1
South Carolina: 1

So, more than half (8 of 14) of the holding penalties called on opposing offenses in the last three years were called on Arkansas and Mississippi State. That leaves 6 holding calls on other opponents in 19 games over three years.

No time at the moment, but will edit later to add prior years. It really is ridiculous.
Maybe it's because LSU's defensive line wasn't very good last year.

This is an interesting topic. Personaly, I think SEC officials are afraid of Saban. This weekend will be interesting to see if the gumps get the same special treatment when Penn St. comes to play. - I'm thinking we might see a holding call on Bama this saturday.
