Best SEC game...

What is the best SEC game you went to that did not involve your team? Mine has to be the 2001 AU-Florida game. I believe UF was ranked #1, and AU kicked a FG in the last few seconds to win, something like 24-21...

I was at that game...those goal posts are heavy!

Sad to say I've never been to one not involving LSU. But I'd like to make any game between any two of these teams: Auburn, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, and Georgia.

I've got two and they're both Ole Miss/LSU. '03 or whatever year when Eli fell down and last year when Miles had his brain fart. I make it to LSU/Ole Miss just about every year. Always a good time when I mix my Ole Miss friends(didn't say they're all cool) and a bunch of rowdy LSU fans.

Non-UGA games I've been to:

05 Bama/UF

none of those games were all that great though, I guess the "best atmosphere" would be the UF game.

I've only been to two non-LSU college football games
1 - Mississippi State vs. BYU in 2001.
2 - Mississippi State vs. Bama 2009.
Neither was a really good game, but the night of that MSU/BYU game was the same night LSU clinched the West
There were some State people throwing ice on the BYU fans at that game. I remember this one BYU kid acting all tough, throwing his hands in the air like "Yall want some dis Mormon muscle son!?!?!"

2004 Arkansans at AU. Arkansas could do nothing to stop Auburn's O that day. 
After watching that game I didn't think any team in the SEC could stop them.

The only one I've been to was 07 liberty bowl State vs UCF. Probably one of the worst games ever and cold as balls

UGA-Tech game when UGA won 51-7
Also went to the UGA UT game in 08
Georgia Southern Furman in 2005
-this game Furman came in ranked #1 in 1-AA and GSU was ranked about #15. GSU won the game and pulled the upset. Stormed the field, it was pretty cool.
But other than that as much as I hate UGA I have been to a shitload of games involving them.
On a side note I do love to tailgate in Athens. Only thing better is tailgating in Baton Rouge. Then again maybe the people I tailgate with make it fun.

Because I love football, I love the atmosphere around a college campus during football season.
And like I said tailgating in Athens is a shitload of fun.
