slayer, I think our slide is a mix of both my first post and the coaching. There is NO DOUBT the coaching has increased in the conference since 2004. But it is also a FACT that our coaching, fundamentals, discipline, etc. took a steep and steady decline starting in 2005 as well. Add both of those together and it's not a good thing. But hell, we still finished #2 in 2007 and went 10-3 and finished top 10 in 2008. We've just also had some uncharacteristically bad years thrown in as well. Our talent is there, no mistaking that. Look at our recruiting rankings. The coaching is what has held us down, and that coaching is now gone. Like I said, within 2 or 3 years we'll be back to our previous form.
