Arkansas. The only other school that has even been there on that list is State.

Arkansas is the only one of those teams I can see with a legit chance of winning one in the foreseeable future but just for shits and giggles.

Arkansas- definitely the closest to win it right now, though I don't think they win it next year.
Ole Miss- With Hootie coaching, it would not surprise me if they snuck into the game one year on a down year in the SEC west, and somehow pulled the upset. He was 10 points away in '06.
USC- Spurrier has an outside shot at it next year if alot of things fall his way. Other than that, I think SC is more committed to their football program than the other three below them.
Miss St.- I think they would need an incredible amount of good luck to win the SEC. The one year they made it to the SECCG they were 7-5; I don't see that happening again ANY time soon in the SEC.
Kentucky- Rich Brooks was the best coach they had since Bear Bryant and they never really came close with him. They're happy with bowl seasons.
Vandy- NEver gonna happen
