6'8 230 lb Power Forward from Texas. Member of the Rivals 150.
ETA: member of the Rivals 150 watch list for 2011, because it was originally thought that he would be attending prep school. However, his grades are in order and he will be enrolling withthe 2010 class.

Bama, Auburn, and LSU are really tearing it up signing all these three stars.

Solid pick-up, does this mean you guys have given up on Luke Cothern?
I know that Ole Miss was going after Jason Carter really hard.

It's called building a foundation. Something the past coaches didn't do.
But flame on

Yeah we have a couple of 4 stars in Romero Osby, Dee Bost, John Reik, and Ravern Johnson on our Roster to go along with 5* Renardo Sidney.

Nice, we had to have a big man.
We signed a 4 star, 50 something rated guy in the country, Trevor Releford, PG. Probably would have been two with Cothron but we backed off cause of grades.
Not a bad recruiting class considering it was an awful year for in state talent.

what the frick do you expect from Auburn? We have never been a consistent basketball power, and you've got to start somewhere.

where has this been reported?

I agree, and I'm not taking a dig just showing the disparity between the East and West right now. USC, UF, UT, and UK all in top 25 for recruiting.
A few three stars appears good enough to win the SEC West.
And I can say the West is stronger than the East in FB right now, but no where near the difference there is in basketball.

Seriously, there will be as many people at a womens soccer game or a tennis match as there will be at a baseball game in Knoxville.

And now we see why things are as they are... AU basketball was on life support, so we won't recruit the cream of the crop until a foundation is laid and fan interest is increased.

Come on TennesseeJed. South Carolina lately has been just as bad or good as Auburn. They may have a good recruiting class coming in but I wouldnt put them alongside Tennessee, Florida or Kentucky.

No but they are recruiting well, and didn't they win the NIT a few years ago. I would put them ahead of Auburn and Bama right now for sure.

OK just making sure your not putting them above my Bulldogs. With all of the players leaving for the NBA and graduating I kinda feel good about my bulldogs next year with us losing Jarvis but Picking up Sidney.
