I will go ahead and state my opinion, for the record, however.....
Which is that Colt McCoy LOST the Heisman with a terrible performance against Nebraska. At the same time, Ingram had a great performance against Florida.
Media increases the salience of certain considerations. Ingram was at "the top of voters heads" so he won.

Colt did not deserve the Heisman even without the poor performance in the Neb game.
