I know you're kidding and all, but might I posit to you that automotive manufacturing jobs are hardly the low-paying grunt jobs they once were. Sure, these folks aren't making 100K, nor are most of them required to have a college degree to work at the factory, but their jobs are rewarding and Nissan treats them very, very well.
