not trying to cause any trouble just reporting what i heard from some pretty reliable guys.
This article had a lot of spin and both Arkansas and Auburn are at the top of this kids list. His dad wasn't happy about this article. This is all from our arkansas varsity guy who gets his info straight from kids and parents. also another recruiting guy on hogville that is good for inside info also just laughed when he started reading the thread about this on hogville...and yes i realize that most of the people on hogville need to be heavily medicated and evaluated by psychiatrists.

thanks for bringing him up to help me prove my point.

Ya'll writers demonized him for doing what the majority of high school coaches do-advise kids to stay in state if they want to live there after graduation.

Auburn fans were saying worse things about him than any LSU fan has ever said about Saban who really is a demon!

The Frazier family are die hard hogs. The father is a regular on the Arkansas Rivals board.

According to 'Dad', the Arkansas ties will have NOTHING to do with his sons decision.

With all that said, I would LOVE to pick up Frazier.

And with THAT said, we are loaded at the QB position and already have a QB commit that will end up being a very high 4* when it's all said and done.

If we get him, I'm thrilled.

If we don't get him, there will be no drop off what so ever in QB play at the U of A. Again, we are loaded at that position.

To go a little further, and keeping in mind that I hope he chooses Arkansas, if I were Frazier I too would be looking around.

Any QB offered by Arkansas this year, to include our commit Allen, should have some very serious concerns about playing time in the near future.

I don't know that Allan gets ranked high b/c a lot of schools will not waste their time by offering him.

Just my guess, hope I'm wrong.

Do you think that's any different than any school he goes to including Auburn? Do you not think Auburn will sign the best QB they can in 2012 just like the Hogs will? Any team vying for championships will have competition at every position.

Will a higher ranking make Allan a better and more talented player or just look better "on paper"?

If that's the case how do you feel about finishing 4th?

Win in October, then talk shizz. You can have February.

I think it's fair to say both schools would love to sign Frazier and if he commited tomorrow I'd probably do a little dance but for the love of God can we all holster the guns. It's March and signing day is still 10 months away. Of course the Auburn article has an Auburn spin to it. Just like every site put's a homer spin on everything. It's part of the business of college recruiting and I don't see it changing. There is no reason to get butt hurt over something that none of us have any control over. If in the end he chooses Arkansas it will be because he felt that is where he needed to be and there is no amount of arguing that is going to change that.

Any way I can get a direct quote from the Frazier family? FWIW, Arkansas reporting isn't known for being truthful or thorough.

You are going to have to trust Richard Davenport (the writer of this recruiting blog LINK / ). There are some bad sports journalists in Arkansas, but Richard Davenport is as trustworthy as they come.

Feel free to continue your skepticism, but you will see that the report that Auburn is Frazier's leader is false. It's just a matter of time before he clears it up himself in another interview.

With that said, I do think Auburn has a very good chance of getting Frazier's commitment eventually. He has a good relationship with our coaches and he and his family have always been Arkansas fans, BUT he is a smart kid and knows that his best opportunity may be somewhere else, especially somewhere that doesn't already have a QB commitment from his class.

That article is "old" (doesn't specifically address to today's report that Auburn is Kiehl's leader).

It's a direct quote that Kiehl loves the University of Arkansas...This would be twice that he has contacted media to shoot down rumors...

Nothing more nothing less...We should see something soon I would imagine...Especially since they are not happy with the spin "alledgedly"

I don't. The Hogs may not end up with Fraizer but I don't think he ends up at Auburn. Kiehl has stated publically that he wants to play in a pro-style offense i.e., taking snaps from under center, having the responsibility of calling the audible yourself and not relying on flash cards from the sidelines, and all other things professional QB’s are asked to do.

On his recent interview Kiehl stated that area that he needs the most work on is taking snaps from under center and as long as Gus is at Auburn that won’t happen. Not saying it’s a good thing or bad thing but as long as Gus is at Auburn the QB’s will be taking 95% plus snaps from the shotgun and the audibles will be called from the sidelines. That’s just the facts.

It was a direct quote from Kiehl's step father...I don't know what else you want. I just googled it and that's what came up. You can go back to page 2 or 3 and listen to the Frazier clip from the radio show yourself...Hell, I'm going to listen now
