He just didn't want to go to Cleveland as projected.

But that is god-awful for a corner. Florida prospects are so overrated.

He definitely wasn't one of the best corners this decade.

You are an idiot.

40 starts, 218 tackles, 157 solo, 9 TFL, 3.5 sacks, 34 PBU, 8 INT, 3 FF, 3 QBH, 1 Blocked kick

The stats say: One of the best SEC corners this deacade.

Well, maybe all those 4.3 and 4.4 receivers can get open against him since he's so slow.

i really don't care what he ran in the 40. put him out there in press coverage against one of the receivers who ran a faster 40 and send him on a go route, see what happens. he's still the best corner in the draft, bottom line.

lol @ all the sour grapes in this thread. why do so many of yall care what some garbage db ran in the 40 for the combine?

and even though coop and haden are both extremely fast, i don't think anyone ever argued that either were sub 4.3 burners

Could it be that he burned one of his arms in the french fryer and has been given the week off?

Lindley ran a 4.53 off a season that was riddled with injury, which put him middle of the pack. He did, however, do well with his shuffle drills, vertical etc. The Jaguars are looking hard at him. It's too bad he didn't stay healthy, because the Cowboys were all over him.

Yes, but Trevard Lindley's 11.17 time ranked fourth among cornerbacks and his 38.5-inch vertical jump was sixth among cornerbacks. Methinks the Cowboys are just backing off in the hopes other teams will follow suit and they can get him for a steal in the later rounds.

Look for Dallas to go Safety and move Hamlin out.
